Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with audit requirements
- Actively promote bank products/services to meet customer needs
- Utilize provided equipment (cash recyclers, check scanners, digital tablets)
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
