Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account balances.
- Assist in the cross-selling of banking products such as loans, credit cards, and safe deposit boxes.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily settlements with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line and lobby area.
- Collaborate with branch managers and team members to meet daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
