Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver outstanding service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with security protocols and anti-fraud regulations
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with branch operations including vault management and record-keeping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve branch goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash confidently
