Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service at the teller window.
- Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Open and close new checking and savings accounts for retail customers.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products to meet branch goals.
- Adhere strictly to all bank compliance policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory for our trainee program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite and bank software).
