Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide professional service at the teller window.

Process daily transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash reconciliation.

Identify and cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts and credit cards.

Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all compliance regulations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Basic math skills and strong attention to detail are essential.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Reliable transportation is required.
