Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Learn to operate Teller Terminal and handle cash drawers with 100% accuracy.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure teller workstation.
- Process loan applications and assist with daily branch operations under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic math proficiency and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and credit check.
