Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Assist customers with account inquiries, ATM issues, and basic financial services
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance standards
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Uphold security protocols and fraud prevention measures
- Collaborate with branch team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business/finance preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication abilities
