Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service
- Balance cash drawers daily and adhere to compliance protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Assist with ATM maintenance and night depository services
- Train on digital banking platforms and fraud detection systems
- Participate in branch outreach initiatives in the El Paso community
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (banking environment)
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to Mesa St location
