Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service to diverse clientele through multiple channels
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records
- Refer customers to appropriate banking products and services
- Participate in branch audits and compliance training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Basic math proficiency with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Pass background check and credit check
- Proficiency with basic office technology
- Customer service experience (retail/hospitality preferred)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if required for branch mobility)
