Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards) through consultative selling
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations (BSA, AML)
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Operate core banking systems and digital channels
- Build trust through exceptional customer service and community engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and credit check
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Valid NC driver's license
