- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and products
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank services and products

- Operate provided banking equipment (cash drawers, scanners, terminals)
