Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and confidentiality
- Deliver exceptional service through in-person and digital channels
- Learn and adhere to banking compliance regulations (BSA/AML)
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products
- Operate teller systems and cash management equipment
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Participate in branch security protocols and cash balancing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 0-2 years customer service experience
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with digital banking platforms
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if branch travel required)
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (a plus)
