Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-fraud measures
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions according to bank policies
