- Master cash handling procedures, deposits, withdrawals, and check processing
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized financial guidance
- Identify and cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, accounts)
- Operate core banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
Qualifications
