Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across virtual and in-person channels
- Master digital banking platforms including mobile check deposits and Zelle transfers
- Resolve customer inquiries within 5-minute SLA
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual compliance training sessions
- Conduct targeted outreach to existing clients for product optimization
- Maintain 100% audit-ready transaction records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience in virtual/hybrid environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
- Ability to pass background check and FINRA Series 6/63 exam
- Valid Arizona Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with financial scenarios
- Spanish bilingual proficiency (required for evening/weekend shifts)
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
