Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Deliver exceptional service through personalized financial consultations
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and audit documentation
- Learn and promote bank products/services (loans, accounts, credit cards)
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Participate in weekly training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
