Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with provided equipment
- Operate dual-monitor workstations and banking software systems
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy using secure counting tools
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a modern branch environment
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Cross-sell bank products using digital presentation tools
- Participate in daily branch operations and team training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work with provided technology systems
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in transaction processing
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for full-time training schedule (9am-5pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
