Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99% accuracy
- Build trust with customers through personalized financial guidance
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols (BSA, AML, KYC)
- Resolve account inquiries within 15-minute SLA
- Support branch marketing initiatives through digital campaigns

Qualifications
