- Collaborate with branch managers on process improvements
- Participate in weekly performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficient with basic MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours)
- CA Notary Public certification preferred
- Previous cash handling experience a plus
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin highly valued
