Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients while resolving account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to security procedures
- Learn and utilize digital banking platforms and CRM systems
- Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
- Complete mandatory compliance training (BSA, AML, Reg E)
- Support branch operations through cross-functional training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for branch mobility)
