Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Assist clients with account inquiries and resolve routine issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Follow security protocols to prevent fraud and protect assets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure branch efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance banking knowledge
Qualifications
