- Assist with new account openings and basic product education
- Balance cash drawers and maintain daily transaction records
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training programs for skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask in fast-paced settings
- Customer service experience (retail/hospitality background a plus)
- Proficiency with basic office technology (PCs, calculators)
- Must pass background check and pre-employment assessment
- Reliable transportation to branch locations
