Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers using provided equipment
- Deliver exceptional in-person service to 40+ daily clients with our digital service tools
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations and security protocols
- Operate provided cash handling systems and transaction terminals efficiently
- Participate in weekend rotations as required by branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Basic math proficiency with attention to detail
- Customer service experience in retail or hospitality
- Ability to operate provided digital banking equipment (training provided)
- Strong communication skills for diverse client interactions
- Pass background check and credit screening
- Availability for daytime shifts including Saturdays
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (for potential branch transfers)
