Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with 100% accuracy
- Verify identification and documentation for account transactions
- Introduce bank products/services to customers and cross-sell appropriate solutions
- Maintain secure cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation
- Resolve routine customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to all federal banking regulations and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

- Pass background check and credit check requirements
