Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconciliation procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized financial guidance
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to develop advanced banking skills
- Support branch initiatives including community outreach programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid Minnesota banking license (provided during training)
- Pass background check and credit screening
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital banking platforms
