Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service in-branch and via phone
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Complete mandatory training modules on banking procedures
- Assist with branch operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no banking experience required)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Must be available to work weekdays and Saturdays
