Responsibilities

- Learn and apply bank regulations (Reg CC, BSA, AML) during training
- Build relationships with customers using provided communication tools
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions daily
- Participate in ongoing training modules using provided learning materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (banking counter work)
- Pass background check and credit check (required for banking roles)
- Proficient with basic computer applications (training provided for banking systems)
- Reliable transportation to downtown LA location
