Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital banking interactions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to financial compliance standards
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Participate in intensive training programs covering banking software and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff

Qualifications
