Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to diverse clientele while resolving inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers and maintain meticulous transaction records daily
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Complete mandatory training modules on banking systems and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn proprietary banking software
- Must pass background check and credit check per banking regulations
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license or reliable transportation
