Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers daily and adhere to strict audit procedures
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Learn and comply with banking regulations including BSA/AML requirements
- Assist with branch operations tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager
- Maintain confidential customer information and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong basic math and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash responsibly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn banking procedures
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
