- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Train on digital banking tools and fraud prevention measures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and credit review
- Must be available for 8am-6pm shifts
