Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and services
- Cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards) based on customer needs
- Operate teller systems and digital banking platforms efficiently
- Participate in daily branch operations and end-of-day reconciliation
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Pass criminal background check and credit verification
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
