Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to strict banking regulations and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop banking expertise
- Assist with branch operations including lobby management and customer flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
