Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at branch counter and via virtual channels
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Introduce clients to digital banking tools and self-service kiosks
- Uphold strict compliance protocols for KYC and AML regulations
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training modules to develop product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office Suite)
- Passing background check and credit check
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if applicable for branch visits)
- Proven reliability and punctuality record
