Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, fees, and digital banking tools
- Actively promote bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Document transactions and maintain confidential customer records
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial knowledge
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or cash handling experience
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with banking technology (mobile apps, ATMs)
- Pass background check and credit check
- Valid MA driver's license (if required for branch transfers)
