Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients with warm, professional interactions
- Balance cash drawers daily and adhere to strict security protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries and escalations
- Learn and comply with banking regulations and compliance standards
- Support branch operations as needed by senior staff
Qualifications
