Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy

- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Adhere to banking regulations and security protocols at all times
- Actively participate in training programs to master banking systems and products
- Support branch operations by assisting with account maintenance and documentation
- Promote bank services through customer education on digital banking tools
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior banking experience required – we train the right candidate
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
