Responsibilities

- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Contribute to branch revenue goals through product referrals
- Maintain compliance with federal banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with digital banking platforms
- Fingerprints and background check required
- Spanish fluency highly desirable for LA market
