Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients while resolving inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain daily transaction records
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet team goals
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance
- Complete mandatory training modules and shadow senior tellers
- Assist with branch operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
