Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and transaction issues
- Maintain strict cash drawer accountability and reconciliation procedures
- Actively promote bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Adhere to regulatory compliance protocols including BSA/AML requirements
- Operate digital banking platforms and assist with online/mobile banking support

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment
