Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to 50+ customers daily using the STAR method
- Cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards)
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance (BSA, AML protocols)
- Train on digital banking platforms and self-service kiosks
- Collaborate with branch manager to resolve customer inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 0-2 years of customer service experience
- Basic math proficiency with cash handling skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office)
- FBI background check required post-offer
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if applicable)
