Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller window.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and explain banking products and services.
- Learn and promote cross-selling of financial products to clients.
- Identify and escalate security concerns or suspicious activities immediately.
- Operate and maintain the ATM and other banking equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
