- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards)
- Learn and adhere to banking regulations (BSA, AML, KYC)
- Assist with branch operations and administrative tasks
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop expertise
Qualifications

- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
