Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional in-person and digital banking experiences

- Maintain precise cash drawer reconciliation
- Train on new banking technologies and compliance updates
- Support branch operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and financial software
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
- Pass background check and credit assessment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
- Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 6/63 licenses
