Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers

- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively promote bank products and services to qualified customers
- Utilize core banking software and digital platforms efficiently
- Participate in weekly training modules and performance coaching sessions
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in high-volume setting
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and cash handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail with error-free transaction processing ability
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital banking platforms
