Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional in-person and virtual customer support
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records
- Cross-sell bank products/services using remote tools
- Complete compliance training and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch teams via digital platforms
- Support digital banking initiatives for remote clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
- Ability to work independently in remote settings

- Valid CA driver's license for occasional branch visits
