Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving inquiries and building client relationships
- Safeguard assets through strict adherence to security protocols and cash handling procedures
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards) to meet client needs
- Maintain precise records and reconcile daily cash drawer balances
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Complete mandatory compliance training and regulatory updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficient in basic math and 10-key operations
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours (including weekends)
