Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining strict cash handling protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized financial consultations and problem resolution
- Execute complex transactions including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and merchant services
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to federal banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA) and internal security policies
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve quarterly performance metrics
- Maintain digital proficiency across banking platforms and mobile applications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English with basic Spanish proficiency a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital banking tools
- Successful completion of background check and credit review
