Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.5% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and resolve customer concerns using STAR methodology
- Operate multi-channel banking systems including digital platforms and ATMs
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to BSA/AML compliance protocols and security procedures
- Maintain branch cash inventory and daily reconciliation reports
- Participate in virtual training modules and shadow senior tellers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital banking tools
- Ability to pass background check and FINRA Series 6 exam
- Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license for potential branch rotations
- Basic Spanish language skills highly desirable
