Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their banking needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) terminal and ATM machines with precision.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to enhance customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily transactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Keep the work area organized, secure, and compliant with bank policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
